What is your fave store???

The new challenge is up for These are a few of my favorite things. Have you seen it? The challenge is all about your favorite store... I think Target wins with most of the girls on our team. Go to the blog to check out all the fabulous layouts from the fave girls.

My favorite store is not one in particular. It is the sweet little shop hidden away that looks like nothing from the outside but you feel inspired to step inside and find yourself in your own personal heaven. The cute mom and pop shops where the people are so friendly and everything inside is so special and unique!!! Antique flea markets, gift shops and cafe's. My friend took this picture of me... I have no makeup on and my hair is not fixed. The reason I chose that picture is because usually when I find these great shops I look just like this and have escaped the hustle and bustle of our home and the kids and I am off on an adventure by myself. Here is the layout I made.... Just dry brush a little paint in the center of you page... I used some of the new American Crafts Dear Lizzy line... rub-ons, felt bird, background stamp, K and Co letters and Thickers for the title, The Girls Papperie die-cuts, Jenni Bowlin shaped mini paper and a maya road chipboard house that I hole punched in the middle to look like a bird house....It is fun to cross lines and use a bunch of different scrappy stuff. Happy creating.
