Our brilliant friends got us out of our lease! Their letter worked! AHHH what a relief! We're getting our first month rent back and our deposit..which is actually more than rent because we gave deposits for our dogs. We're sooooo grateful. The property manager told us we would have to pay first month's rent plus 500 to break the lease plus rent until they got the place rented which could have taken months! We were devastated. We still ended up spending about $2000 with the movers, carpet cleaning etc, but that's nothing compared to what it could have been. I'm so glad that's not hanging over our head anymore. :) YIPPEE!
Tina has an interview Wednesday! We're keeping our fingers crossed that its a good position. Tina's so tired of selling real estate.
