The Count Down

2 days !!!! TWO MORE DAYS until parental freedom.
Really it's only 1 3/4 days....because today's already slightly over and then all day tomorrow, we fly out early Friday morning.

The question now is....will the boys come down with moms bronchitis which amounts to infant RSV and end up hospitalized which would be the only thing that could prevent me from going to Seattle ?

Well they are both sick. I have to take them to the doctor today....she will tell me that they have colds, pat me on the back and tell me to administer Tylenol and Motrin....and then in 1 3/4 days it will turn in to something hairy. Something with symptoms of the flu, strep, pneumonia, bronchitis....RSV !

Finally the good, the bad, the ugly....and the sad !
*First the Bad....they are sick....they are clingy and needy....there are two of them and only one of me.

*The good.....they love to cuddle.....they are clingy and needy....there are two of them to love and hold.

*The ugly....hey it was late and I was tired

*The sad....my no more breastfeeding boobs which amounts to no more boobs PERIOD.
Where are they you ask ? I ask myself the same thing every day !
My cup runneth over no more.

Am I blessed or what. They share mom reasonably well. Sometimes one will try and take the most space on my lap, but for the most part they stay on their own sides and let me love both of them.

When Syd wants to join in she sits on my feet which are propped up on the gliding ottoman and we all rock together.
Who says you can't have it all baby !

(A key point to this picture. Notice how they both have a fist full of my shirt. It's their own built in alarm system. This way, when their hands become detached from my shirt they will then be notified of their sudden separation from me and can wake up and cry for mom to pick them back up. Smart little shits aren't they.)
