Christmas at INDIO, CA 2009

We didn't escape on Dec 20th! WE got a snowstorm on Dec 19th! Thanks snowstorm! We got the news that our flight was cancelled on that night Dec 19th. Hollie has been calling to make all arrangement - our timeshare schedule, car rental and re-schedule the flight to the next earliest flight. We ended up flying out on Dec 23rd! We weren't happy about that but... we were also happy - as long as we didn't cancel the whole trip to be with Hollie's family.

We landed Los Angeles. We rented a car and drove for almost 3 hours due to bad traffic to Indio. We checked in Worldmark Indio. Nice place! Wow! Probably one of the nicest place we ever went to. Kids were awed with resort itself. Nice pools, lazy river, playground and the probably everything....

We are planning to go back Indio in a couple of years.
