Mikaela's first adventure camp

There is a camp for deaf, hard of hearing and siblings of deaf/hard of hearing kids. Mikaela's friends want her to go. We called to see if it has any spot left. Good news, someone backed out and there is one... We went ahead and registered her to go last Monday.

My friend drove us to the camp as he needs to drop his daughter too. As soon as we arrived, it was so beautiful place. Lake - cornfield, field, has a lot of butterflies flying around.

has 25 kids total. Mikaela made many new friends. Many kids asked her - you deaf or hearing. She said - hard of hearing. LOL (acutally she has a very slightly hearing loss)

She is going to stay there for 3 nights. Will pick her up this Sunday and can't wait to hear stories from her as its her first adventure camp.
