Over zealous.....maybe

stupid....for sure.

Today is day 2.
Day 2 of our all natural, no sugar, no processed, nothing but green tea and water, diet.
Other than the green tea part. oh and not being able to eat sugar and processed....I'm doing SWELL !

As for the kids.....Spencer ate strawberries. PLAIN, FRESH, not wrapped in granola or blended with sugary yogurt. Oh yes he did.
Also, if I can figure out how to put all vegetables on a cob I believe I can get my boys to eat anything.
Corn on the cob = big hit.
Well the first day it was

Also day 2 of naked boys-r-us.
I'm attempting to potty train the boys. They have remained naked other than nap and bedtime.
They've both successfully peed outside, in the garage, on my floor and in the toilet and then on my floor again.
Cam pooped on the glider in his room.
(this picture was not staged)

This is day 2 and 2 days closer to the end of the binky era at our house.
We are phasing out binkys. I'm taking it out of their little control.
Binkys were supposed to stay in bedrooms and it was a constant fight and repeated reminders, "binky's in bedrooms, put your binky in your bedroom, binky is going in time out if I see it again !"
Lots of sweat and tears.
They are now in a locked box. The key under my left bosom. (only because that's where it ends up after I drop it down the middle)
I get them out when they are in their beds ready for nap time and bed time. This goes for the babies too.

I'm not saying it. I'm not saying it out loud. I won't even go there. but if I were to just sum up day 2, I would say....."pretty good"

protect your computers people.....drool will be exuding from your mouths.....don't say I didn't warn you.
Nate and Ryan

******update update update*******
Ryan who we've managed to get to take 1 or 2 steps but then grabs for your hands or then lowers himself slowly to his toosh.....took 7 steps. SEVEN. He just walked, stopped, walked. I knew he had great balance this kid. SUCH A BIG DAY FOR HIM !!!
Now if they just don't go in two different direction when running from me.
