Stacy's 41st

Yesterday was a full day of photo shoots for Carly. My mom asked me to take pictures of Carly on the two blankets her friend Dorthy made for her. Dorthy has a portfolio with photographs of all the babies on the baby blankets she made. So, we showed our appreciation and took some photos. Carly received quite a few beautiful hand made blankets, so I decided to photograph all of them. I totally forgot to photograph the blanket my sister Heather made for her. WOOPS. I meant too, but it was in some box and then I got side tracked photographing Carly in these fancy dresses that she's either already grown out of or will in a short time! THEN, I noticed she has all these cute little shoes that she's already grown out of that we haven't even put her in! She's growing like a WEED!
Then we went to my sister's 41st birthday. Of course there was a big ordeal getting my mom to apologize to Tina...so we could go as a family. I had to explain to my mother that we can't just "Drop it" until she makes it right with Tina. So, instead of calling Tina, my mom asked if she could send her an email instead. So she did and we went to the party. Everyone loved seeing Carly of course! Carly has REALLY come alive in the last couple of days. She's not taking that yucky thrush medicine that made her sick anymore..and she's all better from her immunizations. She smiles all the time and let everyone hold her. I love the picture of her giving my niece a big yummy kiss. I'm going to miss those yummy baby kisses! SO SSSSSSSSWWWWWEEET!

My sister is the blond with her hair back with the yellow dress on standing by the door. Her daughters are the twins..who are the same age difference with Carly as I am with them...17 years. :)

Why do I feel so LAZY? There are so many things I want to do, but the summer laziness is setting in. For one, we need to get one of those monitors so I can hear her. I trip out when I have to leave the room. She's sleeping like an angel right now and I could be doing laundry...but NO I sit here guarding her. What is with that? She also fascinates me. She just snorted twice.. SO CUTE! OH YEAH! Carly has discovered her hand! She rubs me with it and puts it on her bottle! This morning she noticed her feet and toes!!!
