They said she maybe fuzzy today and even get a fever, but to not call them unless the fever is higher than 101 or if she doesn't stop crying after three hours. They also recommended a cool compress on her shot zone if its bothering her and a heating pad tomorrow or warm washcloth. I hope she's going to feel okay. This has been a tough week for her. Dr. H doesn't think she has thrush after all because its not anywhere else in her mouth, but her tongue. He thinks its just collected milk. Dr. W saw her before. Her mouth hasn't improved with the medicine. Dr. H took a swab from her tongue and is going to test it for thrush. If she tests positive for thrush he is go to give her another medicine that we only have to give her once a day. He thinks the little black spots on her tongue could be iron. Hmm.. I sure hope that's the case. The good news is Carly has grown 2 inches taller in one month and has put on another pound! ha! Dr. H says that I could feed an entire village with my breast milk! ha! :)Carly's 25 inches long and weighs 14.7 lbs. She's wearing 3-6month clothes..some are even too small!
OH! I forgot to mention Carly's murmur! Dr. H says it sounds much slighter!!! So, maybe the hole is closing up!!! YEAH!
