FUSSY GIRL!

Carly hasn't been taking to Nyst.atin, which is her thrush medicine. It's made her very gassy and has given her what appears to be green diarrhea. We've started giving her myli.com drops to help with her gassiness, but when she starts feel better its time to give her more thrush medicine. :( I've called her pediatrician office a bunch of times and they keep reassuring me that this is normal. They said Nysta.tin is the only medicine that's strong enough to beat the thrush. They said she could also be having a growth-spirt which could also be making her fussy. Hmmmmm. Friday she is scheduled to get her first round of immunizations. They said to bring tylen.ol. I hate that she's going to be in pain, but it sure beats the alternative, which is polio or meningitis. Meanwhile, she's not a happy camper. I sure hope she feels better in two days.
Tina did the coolest thing I thought, again proving that she is an awesome mother...she pushed Carly's knees into her chin and pushed down forcing Carly to push the air out. Carly farted like seven times while she did that! It made her feel instantly better!!! I was amazed. Tina said she remembered reading about that somewhere!
Friday night, if Carly feels good enough, we're going to go to an outdoor movie theater on the beach! Its super cool. Everyone sits in beach chairs or towels in the sand and there's a big movie screen! Sounds so fun!!!
