Well, I am finally BACK!! So, to start off, I thought I'd share a mini tutorial on a Birdseed Wreath. I made a lot of these for my fund raising event last week and should have made more because the were my hot item!
Mix 1 package of unflavored gelatin with 2 Tbls of cold water. Set aside. Bring 6 Tbls of cold water to a boil in pan. Once boiling, turn off heat, add gelatin mixture and stir for about 2-3 min until dissolved. Then add 2 cups of birdseed and mix all together. Let sit as in picture below.

Every so often come and stir the birdseed. Then smooth out and let sit for a bit. Repeat this many times for maybe 30 minutes. You are trying to get the moisture to absorb into the birdseed.
Once it has absorbed the liquid, spoon into mini bundt pans/angel food cake pans. Firmly press into molds and smooth the top. Put in refrigerator and let sit for 3 hours. Then turn out of pan (you will probably have to give it a good drop on the counter top to get out of pans) and set on cookie cooling racks for 24 hours to dry. Take raffia and tie around the wreath so it can be hung from a tree branch, etc.
I packaged mine for my craft fair in clear bags that I stamped and put some other kinda "bird nest" filling in the bag. Then stamped and embossed a tag and rubbed with ink.
Viola! My best seller!
