French Toast Italiano
4- 1" slices italian bread (yes, the kind you eat for dinner)
2 eggs
1/4 C milk
1/4C OJ
1 tsp honey
1 tsp butter
1/2C crushed corn flakes
In small bowl, beat eggs, milk, oj and honey. Pour over bread, turn each slice to coat well. Cover for a couple of hours. Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Melt butter in baking pan. Dip bread into crushed corn flakes and coat each side. Lay in melted butter in baking dish. Bake, turning once, for eight minutes on each side. Serve with warm maple syrup! Yummo!
