Our own little Storyteller

We were on our way home from story time at the library. Story time which is listed for ALL ages but clearly didn't seem to be relevant for ages 6 and under. No, not so much.
There was a room full of children ages 4 and under, and this lowly woman who seemed to be frightened of the kids was reading more to herself than the group. (very sweet spirit)

After leaving story time only a few short minutes of arriving...I loaded 3 babies back in to car seats and in to the small car (the vans brakes are being checked today....anyone ever try and fit 3 car seats in a compact car ??....HOLY BUCKETS OF HELL) we drove for a few minutes to insure the twins were asleep and then headed home.

Heard in the car on the way home :
"I'd like chicken and fries." (me ignoring what I thought was a request, as it wasn't going to happen)
"hmmmmm, and a hamburger. Make the fries large.......mommy, do you want a hamburger ?.....yes, and mommy wants a hamburger.....thank you. Thanks. That's all.....oh and some chicken and fries....that's it. Yip. Thanks !"

This is not something I'm proud of, nor is it something that I'm ok with.
If she would have stated..."super size it" I think I would have driven us all off of a cliff.
