Krista and Tina Try Out Video

Tina and I tried out to be on Logo five years ago and they wanted to do our story on Coming Out at Work, but the timing was terrible with what was going on at Tina's work and she ended up coming out to her boss privately. It would have been fun, but I guess we weren't meant to do it. :) We sent in this silly video of ourselves to Logo. So funny. I thought I'd share.



Meanwhile: Carly update... Carly surprises me with a new word every day! I can't believe it. The other day we were looking in the fridge and I asked her what she wanted and she pointed to the Orange and said ORANGE! She says her daycare providers name, two out of the three dogs names...Spency and Roxy, she said GEORGE for Curious George, Elmo, grandma, pretty, on, up, cold, hot, yes, thanks, please, bottle, Coco, Poo, Shoe, eyes, nose, one, two, Hi, Bye, silly, puppies, mommies, mama, mommy, moon, cow, moo, kitty, meow, owl, Woody, Buzz, Jessie, Roar, and that's all I can think of right now, but I know I'm missing a bunch. She knows all her animals she plays with in the bath which is a lion, alligator, duck, horse, cow etc. :) Not that this is that interesting but its fun to document.
She has also grown 3/4ths of an inch since Jan 10th and is now only a quarter of an inch shorter than the minimum height for a lot rides at the amusement park that we got annual passes to.
Wow, its RAINING and hailing outside. Today it thundered one really loud big time. Roxy our dog got scared and Carly came running into my arms and looked out the window in shock. I remember hearing thunder for the first time. Its exciting and scary! I have a week off thanks to the Presidents Days. Carly and I are going to have so much fun!
