November is BIG!

Reason number one November is big: Of course, because it is my birthday month, which i tend to celebrate all month long! And why not.  I think we should all celebrate the day we were brought into this world...the best miracle from God!  Plus, my birthday isn't until November 30, the last day of the month, so I'm all for celebrating all month long!  And if you want, you can celebrate right along with me...eat some cake, have some wine, don't worry about life's little trivial details...party it up!!  I have a few things to share today.

First, the cutest "mean" witch(Isabelle called herself this, even though she was a SHY witch!!)

ANd the most ferocious(or sweetest) little stegosaurus I've ever seen.

Next up, Tessa is having a great thing going on all November on her blog.  It is called Attitude of Gratitude.  I am going to try to participate!! I know it's hard to commit to getting on here every day and doing stuff...at least it is for me!  But I have decided that when I list what I am grateful for, I will list one thing on facebook and one thing on my blog.  Maybe this way I will have a full month or more of things that I am grateful for!  To be honest, I think a gratitude journal is something that we should keep on a daily basis, and I've started one before, but couldn't keep up with it. This way, I don't necessarily have to post a layout or art journal page. I can just make a list, or maybe throw a picture in with it.  I have already listed one thing I am grateful for on Facebook today, which is a great sister that I can talk to and lean on.
So on here, I am going to say how grateful I am for the funny things my children say, which always make me smile throughout the day.  For instance,  Isabelle said to me the other yesterday "Mommy, you say it's Halloween, and I say it's spooky."  I about cracked up.

And while we are on the subject of things I am grateful for...on the list of smaller items, I am grateful this stomach bug didn't kick in until today, because that would have made trick or treating very hard last night.  I think that's all for today.  Maybe if I feel like it, I might have some projects to share for For the Luv of Art tomorrow.  We'll have to see though, with how this whole bug plays out....cause right now I am not making it too long in between the bathroom, and I feel like a nap will be coming shortly!!
