Carly's Modeling Debut!

Yesterday was Strut for Sobriety, a fundraising event my family does every year.
My mom and sister played piano in the lobby and my 9 year old nephew and 18 year old twin nieces danced and modeled in the show. Carly was SUCH a big girl! She strutted her stuff all by herself down the runway!!! I was worried that she was going to be scared or trip or even worst, fall off the stage, but she did so good! When the audience clapped for her on the runway she got SO excited! She smiled with a big open mouth. SO CUTE. Tina said Carly clapped along with the audience from backstage every time they clapped!



It has been an amazing week. Carly does something new everyday! Today,Tina was showing Carly how to play Hide and Go Seek and when Tina would say, "I wonder where Carly is..." Carly would come running out from behind the chair squealing and laughing! She also makes noises when she plays now. I think the boys may have taught her at daycare, because she goes Voorrrrooooooom with her car. Its so funny. She really focuses when she plays. Its so fun to watch her. Today when we went to the store she had fun the whole time in the car-t. She kept saying "Beep Beep" as she would hit the horn! Our little baby is such a BIG GIRL! (Carly turned 17 months six days ago and currently has eight front teeth and two bottom molars. She weighed 27.2lbs a week ago.)
I think she's going to be able to sing too, because tonight she started singing along with the Backyardigans theme song and she totally matched the pitch!!!
