A Card, a cause, a challenge and a video...

Don't you love when a plan comes flyin' together??!! I do!

This morning I wanted to make a card for my twin sister (I got her by 4 minutes ;) because she is going to walk in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer on May 15 and 16th in Boston, MA. I am so amazingly and immensely PROUD of her for doing this!!

Most likely, we will all be touched by breast cancer at some point in our lives. It might touch ourselves, our sister, mother, grandmother, aunt or a friend but we will be touched. A cure is within reach but as with anything the almighty $$$ is what makes it happen! Please consider donating to this great cause.

OK, I digress ...... back to my plan that came together ...... so I needed to make a card and pink would be the obvious color to highlight in a breast cancer awareness type of card. And then I stumbled onto the My Pink Stamper blog and saw that Robyn was having a color challenge using......black, green and PINK!! Yayyyy! So, here is my card that I came up with for the challenge and to give to my sister ..... the card shape and layers are from an SVG cutting file I have and cut with my Cricut Expression ....

And I could not pass up the chance to spread the word about this great cause, so I put together a video, too...
