More Holiday Party Pics!

My mom's holiday party was mostly a music party. Everyone sang or played something. I sang A Christmas Song with Henry the piano player who can play anything. My sister and her dad did a duet on the piano. Everyone asked if Tina and I were going to play something with our guitars. We haven't even touched our guitars in FOREVER which is really a shame. Tina is SUCH an amazing lead guitar player. I do miss it. We should at least learn a few Christmas songs to play during the holidays. Carly hasn't even seen or heard us play. I know she would love it. She can't get enough of that woman on Nick Jr. who sings, "F-A-M -I- L-Y FAMILY:When your in my heart, Your my family..." So cute... I also like that song she does: "I'm kicking back and I'm one day old, I'm kickin back and I'm two days old. I'm kicking back and I'm three days old. I'm kickin back and I'm four days old. FIVE DAYS...dah dah dah dah.."
I love those songs and so does Carly. They are SO cute! Whenever Carly's fussy Tina and I just break out into song and it puts Carly in the best mood.
I posted a picture of me, my mom and Carly. I get my dark coloring from my Italian dad who passed away eight years ago from pancreatic cancer. He was only 63.
Our bffs didn't end up visiting today unfortunately. We missed them. We went on a walk on the coast with Carly and the dogs after eating WAY too much Mexican food. I've been full all day. I hate that. Carly and I have been coughing all day nonstop. Tina joked that she was going to leave and get a hotel room because she couldn't take hearing us cough and hack any more! ha! I would if I were her! :) Carly's nose has been a dripping faucet today too. I'm hoping the worst is behind us now and we're going to be done with this ANNOYING COLD. I think we're going into the 5th week now that Carly's been sick.
Friday, Carly got the flu and pneumonia vaccine and she's due for the H1N1 booster, but they don't have it. We have an appointment in January to get the H1N1 booster along with the flu. So, I'm wondering is she protected from the Swine flu and regular seasonal flu or only half protected?
