Last week was an interesting week to say the least!
We had a little snow. Whoever said it never snows in the south was wrong. It has snowed a 3 different times since I have been here. I love it. The kids get so excited and run from window to window and in and out the door to get as close as they can to the snow. They do not care how frezing cold it is. I love their sweet smiles.
My wedding anniversary was last Monday! My hubby and I have been married for seven wonderful years. Don't get me wrong we have traveled on some crazy bumpy roads and some smooth sailing seas....But your life is what you make it so choose to make it GOOD!
A few minor hick-ups in our everyday life stuff. Yeah....We are traveling on bumpy roads right now......It will all smooth out....I gotta have faith!
A wonderful girls day out for my wonderful friends. It was our friend Brandys birthday and we went to Baton Rouge. Shopping at the scrapbook stores and ate lunch at PF Changs.... My new favorite restaurant! What more could a girl ask for.Happy Birthday again Brandy, my sweet friend.
We built and designed another stage set for the church...Thank you Heather, Matt and Stacy for all your help. Last night we had a ladies Christmas meeting for church called the Big Chill....The photo above I jacked off Christies facebook.... it is a photo of all my girls. It is so wonderful to have amazingly talented, beautiful, loving, kind hearted friends who would do anything for you and are totally real about life. Love you girls!
P.S. You can see part of the stage we built in the photo. Yep.....Watch out us girls are pretty good with power tools!
Have a great week. I am looking forward to this weekend. I get to spend the whole weekend scrapbooking at the Arbor Oaks Retreat house in Lake Charles. Gotta love that! Hugs and kisses. Amy
