Along with the Cosmo C, I used Claudine Hellmuth's Studio Line paint in "Classic Teal" for the title. I love how smooth that stuff is to work with. You've got all month to play along with us, so come on over and check it out!I've also been busy with my "Prompt-A-Day" class, and finished my pages for November 2nd and 3rd...

Last night I stayed up late painting backgrounds, and I got ten of them done! With the big mess that getting out all that paint made, I figured I might as well take advantage and make as many pages as I could at one time. Now it's great because I should be able to keep up with the daily collage and journaling prompts more easily. One thing I learned is that regular cardstock is not really made for layers and layers of wet paint - LOL. I ripped through a few pages, but hey, it's all an experiment, right? In other great news I made an awesome find at the thrift store recently - is this not the grooviest box you ever did see?!!!
Michael made a guess that it's an old wig box and I bet he is right. I love how 70's mod it is! Now I just need to clean it up and figure out what to use it for. I already have a few ideas...I'm also excited because I got my shipping notice for the November Studio Calico kit! It should arrive on Friday in all it's glory!!! Just in time for the weekend - yeayyy!
Alrighty then - I'm off to work on the November 4th prompt. I hope your week is going great!!! I will leave you with a new pic of Johnny enjoying his new holiday cat bed...

Thanks for stopping by and I will see you tomorrow!
