Today September 30th is the start of 2 hard weeks for me!!
Cause today was my moms birthday and October 14th she passed away.
It's been 8 years now but I still miss her every day!
We always light a candle for her, cause I don't want the boys to forget and keep her alive for them, cause she was such a sweet nan.
