Well, I did IT!! I made a card! Actually, I made a couple of cards! And although in my previous post I said it was Cards For Hero's which would jump start my mojo...in fact, it was this sweet little girl who did it! Meet Courtney, my mentor, my rock, my mojo jump starter! LOL! Libby posts a picture of her sweet girl with some sweet outfit (which is a bit cruel for us Mom's of boys who don't get such fun) to inspire you to make a card. Here's Courtney...
Here's my card...
Here's my card...
And here's the cool thing, although it was Courtney who eventually jump started my mojo, I plan on sending this card (and more for that matter) to CFH...so it's a win, win for all! I stamped the butterflies with Dew Drop Rocket Red pigment ink on white CS (which, btw, I got the butterfly stamp at the Dollar Store! Can U believe that? I just love it and think it's so sweet looking!) I cut the HI! with my Cricut and ran it thru the Cuttlebug. The rest is pretty self explanatory but don't you love the new Fiskars border punch! I do!
