My card today is again for Cards For Hero's and I have made multiples of this card. The stamp is Studio G (don't you just love the dollar bins at Michael's?!! :) I colored the heart with Prismacolor marker and then topped with Ranger Glossy Accents. The pattern paper is a scrap piece I used and I don't remember the maker, but, it was open pattern paper from Joann's. The scallop base is Cricut cartridge Christmas Cheer and the ribbon is ala Walmart. :)
