Not too long ago, I bought my first "There She Goes" stamp set called Special Delivery......and let me tell you I am
{{IN LOVE}}!! I can not get enough of it! I needed a birthday card and here's what I came up with. I also used SU! Top Note die and made it a flap card.
I popped up the cupcakes and put a notch for the tip of the Top Note to catch under the bow to hold it shut.
