Still not quite back to stamping yet, hopefully by this weekend! But thought this was a cute card to post for the occasion! We had a chance to gather with some lovely friends for New Year's Eve and I wanted to thank them for a wonderful time! I used my beloved Whimsy Stamp turtle! The colors had to be bright to symbolize a bright new year ahead of us!! (Prismacolors) The background paper is from Momenta and the time/date stamps and inside saying is a retired SU! set-It's about time (2005). The sketch is from Dawny over @ Papertake Weekly, isn't it wonderful, thanks Dawny! Everybody-Art-Challenge has the theme Happy New Year!
Also, I wanted to thank you all for a fabulous 2008 in blogland...thank you for all your kind comments, encouragement, your inspiration and most of all your friendship!!!! Who knew blogging would open the door to so many wonderful friends! {squishy hugs} Love, Peace and Blessings to you all!
