Typing about lack of being organized...I've been recently pleased to have some blogging awards given to me...I haven't forgotten about you ladies!!!

Those of you that have been following me know that well, I'm slightly addicted to this whole blogging thing. Given that addiction along with my paper crafting addiction...along with everything else in my life...I've been getting about oh, 5 hours of sleep on a regular basis {tsk, tsk}. So, I'm trying to reduce my blurfing time {for me, it's probably way more than than the average blurfer}....

Ah, it is good to be back passing along linkies and all their goodness!!!

Let me start with something that actually caught my by surprise on Friday...Miss Beth Perry left me a comment on yesterday's mayafras card to let me know about it...btw, Beth rocks....she's amazingly talented and the sista loves chandeliers...what more could you want in a bloggy friend? This post on We Will Always Have Paris really struck me. I started out as a scrapbooker but during my whole blogging adventure I have yet to create a scrapbook page...The other day on crop chocolate they had 2 making memories scrapbooks..the pre-designed kind...I know, I know...for you scrapbookers, you are probably cringing...but I thought that might be a good way to get started. I really want to start scrapbooking the kids' pics...

Design*Sponge is a fab site that I always love...check out their spotlight on Sunset's Little Green Book.

The Small Object Steno Pad had pics of some great lookin' ribbon storage...do you think I could pay my kids to do it for me like sorting my buttons? It is soooo pretty stored like that....mine are all jumbled in humungous ziplock bags by color...it is really a mess.

Saturday Finds!!

woot woot for Saturday!!! I slept in...until 4:00....then forced myself back to sleep until after 5:00...sure signs that I'm getting old...lol.

I chuckled when I came across this Dutch Babies recipe. It was one of the first recipes we made in Home Ec...remember that ladies? Home Economics...I think that was in what, middle school or was that high school? Okay, needless to say it was a long time ago...

Etsy is truly a feast for the eyes...so much too see and not enough time to see it all. Daisy Pink Cupcake had some sweet Etsy finds posted the other day...

Decor8 showcased thee sweetest home, and then I found out it is in Seattle! Here's another Decor8 post with textiles. Right out of high school I went to community college and started in their Interior Design program...I've always had a fascination for fabrics...patterns...texture...well, I ended up with a General Business degree because I wasn't focusing enough on my ID classes...ahhh, to be young and unfocused...lol...oh btw, my General Business degree was a non-transferrable one...what in the heck was I thinking? When I went back to school in 2003, I had to go back to community college to get some reqs out of the way and then graduated from the University of Washington with an Interdiscplinary Arts & Sciences degree with a concentration in Psychology...What happened to the ID? I think it is all coming out now in my craftiness:)

My schedule has been wonky this week since it is Spring Break...I had shorter work days but definitely didn't work on a ton of projects so I'll be doing that this morning before a soccer game {it's bucketing outside right now...sigh...and yes, it is a mucky muddy field that they play in} and on Easter :) Sunday's project {yes, it'll be a Scor-it project} may not post until Sunday evening...lol.
