Happy Thursday!

I was able to take most of yesterday morning off from work...it's not very often that I get to drop off my boy at school...although he wasn't too fond of the idea that I still had my jammies on! Thank Goodness for the pony tail hair-do and big sunglasses...LOL.

Seriously, is there anything better than Happy Mail??!!! Personally, I don't think sooooo...especially when a beauty like this one is waiting for me in my bill-filled mail box:)

I couldn't be more thrilled with receiving an Alice Wertz original! Her coloring skills always have me in awe but good grief, it is something else, up close and personal! I love my card Alice, it definitely brightened my day!

I'm feelin' very lucky as I have another RAK to share with you tomorrow..it came from the other side of the pond:) Thanks so much for stoppin' by...I hope that you'll join me tomorrow...I have my card for the Wee Memories challenge ala Jenny...go check out the challenge!

I decided to use the Card Patterns sketch:

Sketch 59

I played with Sweet Bubblegum. Isn't it a 'sweet' image?!

I used SU Crystal Effects on all the bubblegums:) Here's a smidge of a close-up:

The red paper is from MME...I love the diagonal stripes:) I even used silver metallic paper for the coin slot area...it's from my Christmas card envies :) I topped off the bubblegum machine with a Kaiser Craft bling. See that blue polka dot paper? hahaha...it's actually from the MME Christmas pack..I love it and managed to use my last piece {booo hoooo!}. Everything is nestled on Bazzill and I finished off the card with PTI ribbon and button!

Next up is

I do alot of design thinking during my commutes to and from work...they are easily 1 hour each way so I get some quality thinking time...LOL.

I combined the Rainy Day and Journal Card Set.....such fun....all combined with Cosmo Cricket's Garden Variety....I love umbrellas....maybe because I live in the Pacific Northwest? Actually, I'd rather wear a raincoat and a hat than try to finagle an umbrella.
