Brownies

He's here!!!

Mikaela named him - BROWNIES! *chuckling* We asked her - he's WHITE! Mikaela said - I love him and I love brownies so his name is BROWNIES. Ok by us :o)


We drove to West Virginia last night and stayed a shitty hotel but CLEAN! This morning, we stopped for a breakfast and... Mikaela PUKED! We had to go Wal-Mart to get her new clothes as its across street from resturant. Mikaela said she was fine but I get the feeling that she is sick but doesn't want to go home without a cat.



We found an animal shelter where "Doc" now Brownies was. What a nice place! People were so friendly! They were having a hard time to let him go. Several people who worked there - cried! I mean brawled so hard. It was touch my heart and I actually shed a few of tears. They said "Doc" was a very special cat - loving and playful. I agreed with them. He is so SWEET - we are lucky to adopt him. We drove back home. He adjusted very well at our place. (whew). Kyron and Mikaela love him to death. Nanabear loves him!

We need to remind not to say - come here kitty kitty. He is deaf. So funny. New experience for us as well. It should be interesting for us.

Mikaela's wish comes true...

Today, we will go west virginia - kids and myself - a friend will join with me to help out with kids as well for driving. Its 5 hours drive. My honey H will be staying home as she needs to go work tomorrow. :(

Mikaela had always wanted to adopt a cat - a deaf cat. We found a deaf cat that need a loving home. Mikaela had been asking us to adopt a deaf cat for a few months now after she learned about our friend's deaf cat.

His name is Doc. He is 4 yrs old. We asked Mikaela - Are we going to keep the same name or give him a new name. She said she will decide when she sees him.


We will post more about it when we pick him up tomorrow.
