Lady Bug...Lady Bug...

You all better put your sunglasses on for this one..LOL This is for 365 Cards Super Sketchy Sunday, Day 50! Renae of Two Scoops Rice Designs recently sent me this fun Lady Bug stamp and I knew that I wanted to team it up with my A Muse Seattle sentiment! I recently picked up 2 6x6 Sassy pads via I {heart} papers. Check out the link, they are on sale now, or at least now, saturday evening...lol. The flourish chipboard pieces were actually plain that I colored with Copic Shock Pink {that's the color I used on Miss Lady Bug along with Cadmium Yellow} and then I covered it with glue via my Martha glue pen and then glittered them up with Stampin' Up Dazzling Diamonds. The Lady Bug is paper pieced onto the pattern paper.

I hope you all had fun with Scor-it week on 365 Cards...I know that I did. It truly made me stretch my imagination and creativity...that my friends, is what it is all about...that and not hoarding...LOL. Sassy Fairy

I'm taking a blog-vacation this week and have set up posts to run during the time that I'm out of my "blogging office". I look forward to catching up on all of your wonderful creations!!!

Okay, onto my first Design Team card for Two Scoops Rice Designs! This is a digi image, couldn't resist the mushroom :) All the designer paper is ala Sassafras Lass {big surprise}....I used my copics to color the fairy. I decided to glitter up the wings with Stampin' Up Dazzling Diamonds and popped a sweet little butterfly on her. I used the Splitcoaststampers SC215 design. Renae of Two Scoops Rice Designs has some SWEET images and I can't wait to share more projects with you!

Renae's designs are beyond cute and I'm really looking forward to working with her "kawaii" images. This is from the Urban Dictionary:

Kawaii: An adjective in Japanese meaning " pretty; cute; lovely; charming; dear; darling; pet" It's stem is two kanji meaning "can love". It is commonly used by anime and manga fans.

I'm also looking forward to working with the other gals on the team!!
